I am considering applying for PayPal credit and I have the following questions. First, can I use PayPal credit for eBay purchases under $100.00? Second, are there any annual fees to have the card even if I do not make regular purchases with it? Third, on purchases over $100.00, can I use the 6 months to pay option every time?
