PayPal Debit Mastercard Issue- Back-up Fundiing

I am trying to add back-up funding for my PayPal Debit MasterCard and the "No back-up payment method" button is checked ... I am not able to add a back-up funding..
How may I have this fixed to add a back-up funding to my PayPal Debit MasterCard

look into your financial profile,debit card to see if you have blocked bank backup.

I believe your PayPal debit MasterCard uses funds from your PayPal funds.   If that is correct, then it could not be used as backup funding.  Backup funding accounts need to access fund when your bank account AND your PayPal account do not have funds.  That why a CREDIT card is needed.

I just look at mine,it said my primary bank account is the backup funding.
