PayPal Credit and Quicken

Does someone know how to add the new PayPal credit card to Quicken? I have tried the sponsoring bank....nada. Not listed in Quicken, and they don't have any idea how to add it...despitye having my PayPal credit line in Quicken for YEARS

When adding new account select bank account and choose paypal.  If you have a paypalk credit account and a paypal account it will bring up both as options to link or add

I only get "unknown" and "ignore" for both accounts.  No way to add them.  QWin2017 R6.  Any other ideas, please.  Thx.
