PayPal Business Debit Card

Hello I have always used my Paypal Debit card.  I see that my card is no longer listed on my account.  I had two cards.  I removed one card that was no longer being used.  Now both my cards are useless.  I then had applied for another card.  Now that card states Cancelled/deactivated.  What gives?  I haven't even recieved my new card yet but its cancelled or deactivated.
