Am very frustrated with paypal,This is my story: My paypal account has been limited for 180+ days and now have the eligibility to withdraw funds.Have spoken to customer support over the phone like 10+ times but it seems no one is solving this solution except one representative for once who tried and asked me to add a USA bank account but unfortunately i tried and failed.Reason now days paypal does not accept vertual bank account.
After series of phone calls to paypal and being kept on hold for more than 20 min am now almost loosing hope.I had of people talking of ''PayPal Balance Adjustment'' and wondering if this method can help or anyone who knows how this goes will really appriciate the response.
