Having an issue with a Mycash card I bought a week ago. I paid over $100 for the thing , and all I get is this error:
PIN NOT ACTIVATED: The PIN number provided has not been activated at retail. Please call 1-855-721-5035 to speak to Customer Service.
My Cash Error Code = 4005
Called support, was told a ticket would be opened, sent in copies of the receipt, the PP card and my ID as requested. It's been over 3 days now without any sort of response or acknowledgment, not even a confirmation email.
Needless to say, I will never again purchase another MyCash card
I'm starting to get really nervous now that the money is lost, has any had any experience with this issue? Any positive results?
