If I iuse my paypal debit card and there is not enough money in my paypal account, will it pull from my bank account?
It should.
But the debit card has not been working well lately,there are complaints that you can have fund in paypal acount,it gets denied.OR you dont have enough but it wont use the back up bank account.
but give it a try,you will find out.
In my case,some shops take it and some do not.
