Can someone please explain to me why paypal pay after delivery will not work. I have tried numerous times and altough my account is verified, my bank accounts are verified and this is my primary funding this STILL will NOT work!.
My friend was sat by the side of me and at the same time went through Missguided where it allowed her to used PAD although wouldnt work for myself and didnt show as an option? All it does it take me to check out and tells me its using my card.
I've seen various posts and it seems paypal CANNOT give an answer to why this is happening.
It's not the merchant as my friends worked perfect.
Can someone PLEASE help as i am getting increasingly frustrated by this.
