Opening an account to sell witha prepaid card

I want to start selling on eBay but i do not have a bank account or credit card. Is it possible to use a prepaid MasterCard with my name on it?

Do you already have a PayPal account?

Is the pre-paid Master Card registered to your name AND address?

What bank issued the MC?
