Not eligible for a Working capital Loan !!!

This was my 4th Loan from Paypal all have been repaid without any issues  and I'm frustrated as I  cannot understand why .

Sorry, PayPal Working Capital is not available for your business at present.

I get an error : DLGJ0711  

The paypal team on the phone was unable to explain .

Can someone explain what is happening , this was such a great tool and I need it to grow my business ...
Things must have changed at Paypal as last year they featured our business in the Times Newspaper to promote their new service .

Having this problem too.  Did it ever get resolved or did you figure out what was causing it?

The problem did get resolved after a few days .
I dealt with a open case ( resolution centre ) with a customer that had not received an order , I resolved this issue and closed the case.

 I dont know what factor played the most ( time of that case ) but probably a combination of both as a few days after the case was closed I was able to take another cash advance without further issue.

My advice would be to keep trying and ensure you have no open case or issue with customers before apllying .
