it has been almost 5 months since I received a letter saying they were sending a new Chip-Enabled PayPal Business Debit Card. the letter is dated September 6, 2017, it is now January 28, 2018. I am now moving within the next week and I have not recieved my card yet. i noticed some people hadthis problem in October, but that is at least within the 6 weeks window. I plan on calling PayPal when I get settled in my new home. Has anyone else hadthis issue?
