I bought a mycash card at CVS and i didn't notice the receipt said the card was "Accepted" not "activated." Now I am getting error 4005 when I try to load my card. I called paypal and they said I have to email incomm with pictures of my card and receipt. Did this happen to anyone else? Will they remontely activate it or send a refund check?
