I have verified the paypal.com/cash card is valid with the phone support 3 times. However no business can reload it. I have tried 3 walgreens, 6 7 elevens and 2 family dollar sotres. Either the system is not implemented or you haven't trained any of these companies to reload. So tell me is there anyone in the longmont boulder area who has the system implemented and are properly trained?
Supposedly you can only reload at Dollar General, Family Dollar, or Fred's. But since you weren't able to reload at Family Dollar, you might as well go the card-free route if you have a smartphone: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ppcash
