I was issued a credit line last November, but was not given an account number. I have called customer service and I am required to enter a 16-digit account number which I do not have, in order to be able to expose the reason I am calling. I really need to talk to someone because I have another question that I want to address personally, but the conversation is limited to talking to a computer and about specific pre-recorded subjects.
