Memorial Fund account

I want to set up an account managed by 3 people to manage donated funds for providing flowers for our friends from our high school class as they pass.

NEEDS to be:

- A sngle common account to which money can be sent.

- Able to have three people manage the account and disperse funds.

Any ideas???

Just set up the account for one person and give the password access to 2 other people.  Each one will have full control of the account.  Doesn't seem like a wise approach to financial management.

You need to set up an account with financial management control; tha't not PayPal responsibility.

if 3 persons log on to the same account from different parts of the country,would Paypal get suspicious and restrict the account.

I would designate one as the treasuer,and elect a back up.

Just out-US dept of justice just subpoenaed Paypal on anti money laundering charges.
