Looking for the other half of the story....

I wanted to use Paypal to pay for a purchase at TheXxxxXxxxx.com.  When I I clicked on 'pay with Paypal', I see the following message - xxx

TFS says Paypal wouldn't let them pay for guns.  I'm not aware they SELL any guns.  I suspect it's a snit fit by TFS.

Does anyone have the Paypal side of the story?
