Never been late with any payments. I have a 52.00 one from PayPall have a line of credit that I never used account is tied toy checking debit card which always had minimum available by balance of over 10k Do they actually send a plastic card? I moved to Puerto Vallarta last April and have not received one PP has some explaining to do and adjust the hit on my credit report. I have never been late with any payment in over 50 years
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).
