Is there a dailey limit on using my paypal credit

No.

On the other hand, there is no guantee you willl be able to use PayPal Credit for any specific purhase.  Each potential purchase is evaluated for qualifications at time of purchase.  When all qualifications are met you will have the option use PayPal Credit.
