I just paid off my first loan in 70 days. Waited and tried to apply for another and got the " your business falls into an industry category that doesn't qualify for PayPal Working Capital". I was shocked, especially since it was less than 3 months ago I got a loan. Has anyone figured out what categories are eligible and which aren't?
