How to upload mare supporting documents? PP-005-187-153-412

Hello.

I did uplaod only one snapshot but I have more. How can I do that? I don't see any options in resolution centre.

Sorry but its pointless posting a case number on here as this is not paypal customer services.

This is a user to user help forum and no one here can view your account (hopefully.......lol).

If you want to upload documents then   >>>

To upload documents follow this link: www.paypal.com/uploadstatement

If you have any difficulties with uploading any documents via the link you can also use the name change option:

Log in to your account.

Click Profile near the top of the page.

In the 'Name' section, click Change.

Select the legal name change and click Continue.

Follow the on-screen instructions to upload and send files.



Once you have uploaded any documents let Customer Support know via phone or Social Media.

Not via the resolution centre no, but you can using the method i put above.
