I have money in my PayPal account. Short of making a transfer to my bank. What other way can I spend my money? Is there a debit card or prepaid card I can get?

if used as a credit card,Paypal gives you 1% cash rebate .
it uses your Paypal fund backe by bank fund,but there are complaints it does not go after your bank account when there is not enough in your Paypal balance.
or ask for a bank check.
