I bought a greendot moneypak I can't get refund I need to transfer funds to paypal?????????

You can only transfer money to PayPal account with these, if not a bank account:

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ppcash

 

Can't do moneypak no more with PayPal.
