I have 2 paypal accounts personal and business ( IM on the business account right now ) And basically my prepaid card is acting up. Paypal said i needed to confirm it and when it took me to this screen i pressed confirm and this error message came up " Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions. " And they also say " After you request a code, we’ll charge $1.95 to your card " , is this the reason my card is not being able to get confirmed ? The amount i have on my card is 5 cents, is it not letting me confirm it due to the facts theres not that much money on my card ?
