I was asked to send my verified copy of passport to US paypal Compliance team in order to get back $AUD 2000 back. I mail my document to

Via the tracking system, the document was claimed to be delivered at 68145.but Paypal kept saying not yet received and asked me to re-mail the document. I have no problem to send again but may I have a recipient name? I cannot keep sending this again and again without knowing whether this PO Box is effetively managed.
Paypal Community Experts please help me on this because the money was locked in for more than 6 months. I need a solid solution for this. Cannot just send back adn forth because it costs almost 100usd for 1 mail-out.

Where do you get the certificated copy of passport? I met the same problem with you. Have you get your money back now?
