Friends and Family payment

I paid for a tee on paypal, but got scammed. I didn´t know that they couldn´t help me if I payed as friends and family. 

I paid 90 pounds for it, and now I can´t get em back. 

Is there anything I can do?

The only thing you can do is ''if'' you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
