Not sure they're going to send you 12 free readers unless you setup 12 separate accounts.
When you first load the Here app it will walk you through setting it up and telling it what address you want a reader sent to. So if you want 12, I guess you could have all those people setup their own PayPal account and enable Here on each account to get 12 separate readers sent. Once you have the hardware in hand you can use it on any account.
