Filing a Complaint?!

If I have been with Customer Service for 8 days straight and they are of no help. Is there any way to file a complaint? I have been trying to get an issue resolved and they won't help me at all!! I am getting upset!

If there is no dispute option the transaction page, then go to Resolution Center and select "report a problem".

This is regarding the PayPal extras MasterCard application. I have looked there and I saw nothing that helped me.

I am getting the error "Please accept our apologies. The page you are trying to reach is unavailable. We may be experiencing technical problems. Please try again later or call 1-866-300-6432."

Yes, they directed me to call PayPal. They weren't aware of any issues with the application online. I called PayPal and they have been giving me the same answer for 8 days straight.
