I have been trying to purchase postage through ebay connected with my paypal account. There is more cash on the pay pal account than is needed for the purchase. Yet whenever I try to purchase I get an error code (3230) and it won't let me purchase the postage. This has been happening for a while but this week it finally got to me. I called ebay who told me that it had to do with my zip code. I changed & corrected my address on both ebay and paypal accounts. (My town that I live in is not what the Post office recognizes as where I live) It is still not working and I am pretty tired of this crap. What do I do? I am ready to dump ebay all together because of this. The discount on postage is not working for me since it won't let me purchase it. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
