Error Code 202

Tried explorer, chrome, foxfire still can't get error code. Called number w8th no resolution.  Wtf.

I went to cvs and bought a card for 67$ in cash and i cant load it into my paypal and have bills i need to pay. This os extremely frustrating. I tried to do it to a different account as well and same error.

You're not alone. Its been 3 hours since I purchased my card and I'm still getting the 202 error despite trying Opera, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Chrome.

I called PayPal.com and finally got in touch with account specialist saying they were have technical issues. Couldn't tell me when it will be resolved.

Yeah I got through to the customer service and they also said technical difficulties. It is still down as of the morning of 10/13/16

Finally got in touch with an English-speaking American and he says PayPal has been having issues for the last two days and they have no idea when it's going to be fixed. Spent 31 minutes on the phone for him to tell me this. Typical corporations don't have enough common sense to let people know that there's something wrong.

I had just purchased a card for $300 and attempted to load the funds onto my account. Was able to log in, yet I received the error code 202. Tried to research the number, yet NOTHING had come up. Tried calling support, all lines were busy. Any ideas on a fix?
