Not sure if this is real as when I go to pay pal I see no record of this or charges. It says that there is unusual activity and I am to sign in at a click in the email that takes me to a site I don't recognize so I checked at PayPal site. Instead.

I get emails like that all the time. Not only "from" paypal, but my banks , other banks, USAA insurance along with others. I politely answer each one with this statement:
SHOVE IT UP YOUR **Bleep**
