If I use my Paypal debit card to withdraw money at an Atm, and if there are not enough funds for the amount I am drawing out, will PayPal automatically take that money from my linked bank account which is a set up as a funding source for my PayPal account? Or is that only the case when making purchases with the PayPal debit card?
