Hello, Since the Debit MasterCard pulls funds from your PayPal balance, I was wondering whether or not transactions would process if my my PayPal balance was completely in JPY. I would be making purchases in JPY, so to avoid conversion fees if my account balance were in USD, I would exchange beforehand with better rates. Would transactions process even if I had another currency instead of USD as my PayPal balance?
