Customers Not Receiving Bulk of Invoices

I have always had issues with invoices going to spam sporadically, but it seems to have increased so much in the last few weeks that it seems the bulk of my customers are either not receiving their invoices at all or they are going to spam. This is even after they have added paypal to their safe sender list. Is anyone else having this problem? This is highly frustrating and is hindering my business. Most are not getting any notification of an invoice until I finally send a cancellation. They always get those! HELP!
