Customer Service Via Email

I do not have access to IP relay service When I try to contact PayPal using their form they kyist reply with canned responses that in no way address what my issue id and yell me to csll them. I do not have access to an IP relay service It's also a bad idea to use them when dealing witb sensitive information. How the heck do.I get assistance from PayPal when there is no email and they don't read the form submissions?

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
