I have an IKEA delivery business. My customers pay me via a PayPal invoice and the funds go to my PayPal account. I transfer the funds to my bank account. Easy. I am going to be adding an IKEA return service and here is where is gets tricky (for me at least). Customers want their cash refund. I won't have their credit card. If IKEA gives me a credit on a PayPal debit card,can I somehow convert/move this credit to my PayPal account so I can then transfer this money to my bank so I can write the customer a check.
The thing that is puzzling me is I think the returns are going to exceed the deliveries (long story). So I will end up with a big credit balance on the PayPal debit card. Does that all make sense?
