My son had a student account which Paypal unfortunately decided to do away with in 2016. He has since turned 18 and can sign in to his old account, but there is an error message saying he needs to contact the parent who set up the account. I am the parent and I can find no information on what I need to do to release his account and let him set it up as an adult.
