Looking for help since Paypal is of no use. Late last year(2016) my paypal card reader would not approve any transactions. The card reader(both the swipe and chip reader version) are both recognized but after I swipe the card I get a "try again we're sorry, this transaction could not be completed. Please try again or cancel this order". It works just fine on my IOS based phone and Ipad. I have escalated this to the highest level and still no response. it's been several months and no fix. I have tried this on multiple devices and the IOS is the only one that works. Any help from people with the same issue would be appreciated.
