It comes up on my iphone under the Bluetooth but everytime I click connect now it says connection unsuccessful. How can this be fixed. Nothing wring with my Bluetooth as I use it for my phone and the car radio everyday. Its definitely the reader and not the phone. Have had it less than a year. certainly wasn't 100% realisable before this but now I cant get it to connect at all.
You do have the option to contact customer service, Tech Support or even via PayPal's Twitter page with your concerns. (The Twitter option may be the quickest method.)
