Card banned

So my  card is banned for one mistake and I want it unbanned. simple as that this is ridicilous please help

I am afraid I can't when we did they made us wait 1 hour. and told us we were banned forever

I guess that means your account is closed permanently; so it was more than a card being banned.

You should received an email about a serious problem with your account or transactions.
