Cant Make Purchases Using Pay Pal Credit

My Pay Pal credit line is linked to my Pay Pal Account. I just tried to purchase some items through an online store that accepts Pay Pal. My credit line is $1750 with a $0 balance so that is not the issue. What could be causing this?

You and the purchase did not qualify.

PayPal reviews each potential purchase; when all qualifications are met then PPC will be offered as a payment option.  When not offered then you just need use another payment option.

PayPal Credit is not like a credit card which you can use on demand.

If you need more information then you'll need to contact PayPal support.

it could be Paypal cashflow,you are not the only one it is extending credit too.

it could be your purchase history,the item or who knows.
