I have the android mobile app and i log in with a pin or fingerprint. Today I logged in with my pin and I was not receiving my code and must have hit send like 5 times. Now when I attempt to log in with my pin it says my account is locked temporarily for security reasons to protect myself and to contact them which I did."
I never lost desktop access.
They were able to get my logged in on the app - they had me log in with my email and the 2 factor auth worked fine. I chanegd my phone pin through the website.
Ive tried unistalling and reinstalling the app and I still get that same error messgae. Email is my only option, pin gives me the security error and for fingerprint every time i click to get my sms code it asks for my finger print again and its a never ending cycle.
Anyone experience this?
I can just log in wtih my email but its pertty inconvenient.
