Can't we print PayPal labels for mailing tubes?

Can I print a shipping label on PayPal for a mailing tube? The only old answers I can find say you cannot. Is there a work-around? Looks like (based on the USPS Click-N-Ship) unless it is some really odd size that it does not add a surcharge. Obviously on the shipping form there is nothing to click on for a tube's dimensions (since GIRTH is the extra dimension).

I know on Etsy ,you can state it is a mailing tube,dont know why you cant do that on PAYPAL,did you try USPS

USPS lets you only print labels for Priority, not Media Mail. And it gives no discount on Priority on this item.

Which shipping class are trying to use?

Probably just Media Mail, but since it will be under a pound (maybe 14 oz) First Class or Priority might be an option. It is 25" x 3 x 3 X 9 girth. I know I sent two in the same tube using a label and it wasn't an eBay sale.
