After after I hit add money I go to the Greendot site and immediately see the message oops something is wrong, don't see list of vendors and the message tells me to refresh page and try again. It was the changeover to Daylight savings time but I can't think that should be causing the problem. Can't call customer support to get through to a real person to alert them to the problem.
