I am working on an old web application which uses Adaptive Payments SDK. I need to create a new test application, but I am unable to do it. When I log into developer.paypal.com and go to the 'My Apps & Credentials' section, there is a link captioned NVP/SOAP API apps. This sends me to www.paypal-apps.com/user/my-account/applications on which there is a link 'Login with Paypal'. When I click on this on this, I am getting this error:
There was an error processing your request.
There is also this notice on the same page but I am not sure if it's related to the error I am getting:
