Can you still load CASH pretty much instantly into your PayPal account at WalMart, Dollar General, or Dollar Tree by using the old MoneyPak card method? I tried to use the PayPal Cash method, but neither Walmart, Dollar General, or Dollar Tree is listed as retailers that support PayPal Cash. Basically, it's just CVS, Rite Aid, and some stores I've never heard of and CVS and Rite Aid are at least an hour away from where I live. What can I do?
