I recently ran into a situation where I had no cash on me, so I decided to go to my local Dollar General and purchase a prepaid visa credit card for $250.00. I checked out using paypal credit as Dollar General offers paypal credit using a pin number from the paypal app on my iPhone, but the payment was declined and I could not make the purchase. Is there some policy against this ? Thank you in advance.
