Anybody know what error code 646 means with paypal working capital?

Update I tried again today and was offered less of a loan 2k then my previous one.

Glad to hear you had your application accepted.

What info did you need to fix/change for the application to go through?  I have tried everything and still getting the same error code.

I did not change anything. The application was the same. I am wondering if it was because I applied to fast? I did have quite a few catch up payments from the month before. Good luck!
