How do I transfer a payment from PayPal to Bill Me Later?

Did you select Schedule Payment?

There you can choose the payment date, enter the amount due and choose your funding source, PayPal Account or Bank Account.

I got this account issued to me in paypal.  I already have a Mastercard to use as a backup.  How do I get rid of it off my paypal?
