The pay-pal cards sold in my local stores list a limit of $500 on their packaging. All of them. They also claim to be reload-able. Is this limit the maximum balance you can have on the card at one time or the maximum one could put on the card at first or at one time?
I wanted to buy one to make a purchase of $550 online. Could I buy the card at the store-front and load the maximum amount on the spot with the purchase of the card, and then pay the activation fee. Then Activate/resister it and then go to another store front and load the remaining $50 to the card for the desired total of $550?
