replace broken card reader

how do i request a replacement card reader? i have been on hold for 40 minutes!

I have tried contacting customer service online but there is no option as to "HOW DO I REPLACE MY CARD READER" (It is not working).  Is there a section or tab that I can find a reorder area.  I know that Square has a section.
